The federal ministry of water resources has announced it will on Thursday, May 21 in Abuja hold the year 2021 first quarter lunchtime seminar with media executives
on policy and project developments in the water resources sector.
The theme of the forthcoming seminar is “Delivering on Water Resources Roadmap:(Water Supply and PPP, Dams and Reservoir Operations, Ending Open Defecation in Nigeria and Irrigation and Drainage).
According to a statement signed by Mrs Kenechukwu Offie, who is the
director of press and public relations in the ministry,
the seminar will afford critical stakeholders and all Nigerians at home and in the Diaspora the opportunity to have first hand evidence-based progress made by the minister of water resources, Engr. Suleiman Adamu, on the water sector roadmap, which was approved by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2016.
“In compliance with COVID–19 safety protocols, we shall be pleased to have you join us virtually through the Zoom link that will be provided in due course,” the statement further read.
