The exchange programmes operated by the United States government have proven to be truly transformational.
This is according to the US Consul General in Nigeria,Will Stevens, who made his first visit to Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, where he stopped by at Niji Group, a diversified agricultural conglomerate founded by a US exchange alumnus, Kolawole Adeniji.
The Consul General was also thrilled to learn how Adeniji’s exchange experience prepared him to be the largest cassava producer in West Africa and a leading player in the agri-processing equipment, mechanization and agribusiness value chain in Africa.
